The Purpose of Main Street Eldorado, Inc. shall be to promote a citywide revitalization effort; to boost tourism in Eldorado and the surrounding areas, to develop and implement specific plans for the revitalization of the downtown area, promote area tourism programs; encourage gifts and bequests to these efforts and to bring individuals, different civic organizations and local government together to participate in such activities that would benefit Eldorado and the surrounding area.
